Birgit spent the better part of a decade learning the ins and outs of the financial side of wine in the SF Bay Area. After a series of unfortunate circumstances prompted some quick decision-making, Birgit landed in Minneapolis in 2023 with her husband and mother. She has now settled into her position at New France and enjoys the excellent local food scene and lake life on the weekends.
