Tyler Derginer is a Midwest transplant originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin with a professional background in bartending and hospitality. Tyler loves to share his passion for outstanding wine, spirits, music and the people who make them. Before joining New France, he was the lead bartender at the Journeyman Hotel in Milwaukee Wisconsin, at Sooki & Mimi in Uptown Minneapolis, and at the Flora Room in the North Loop. He is a proud Bar 5-Day graduate, House of Lustau certified sherry specialist, and a self-styled aficionado of cane and agave spirits.

His greatest love is music, and when not talking beverages you can find him playing records or digging for some old UK Street Soul 12”s.
