New France Wine Company was founded in 1993 to connect Minnesota with the great wines and wineries of the world. We are a licensed importer and wholesaler who sells only to licensed retail and restaurant partners in the state of Minnesota.
Do we only sell French Wine? We get that question a lot. We carry wines and spirits from all over the world, not just from France. Most of products we carry are from smaller, passionate producers who make unique, environmentally sustainable products that express a sense of place.
As we like to say, “It’s not all new, it’s not all France and it’s not all wine” The name was derived from our geographical location and it’s being part of New France prior to becoming the Minnesota territory of the fledgling United States.
